Alistair has been working in principal investment and corporate advisory for over 20 years, investing LP money and advising many well-known international corporations as well as private capital groups on transactions valued at over $4 billion. Alistair gained his financing and investment banking advisory experience at KPMG Corporate Finance in London and latterly with US boutique investment banking advisor ARC Associates. Prior to this, Alistair trained, qualified and practised as a solicitor at the international law firm Simmons & Simmons in London. Alistair’s vision for Clayton Ventures is deep sector knowledge, excellent contacts and superb service levels to ensure that clients’ and partners’ expectations are exceeded
